If you’re looking for a vehicle at a fair and reasonable price, LaShawn Carter is absolutely the person you want to see. He’s knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely listens to what you’re looking for. I’ve been driving my 2002 F 350 dually for years. It’s still in good shape, but the Wisconsin weather has taken its toll, and the box has started to rust. I told my wife it was time to start looking for another truck, and we agreed. Searching online for over a year was frustrating, because every truck I found was either missing the equipment I needed, or just wasn’t the right fit, so I kept giving up. A few weeks ago, I decided to check Boucher Chevrolet in Waukesha. I saw a truck online that caught my eye, so I called and asked to speak with a salesperson. That’s when I met LaShawn, and the rest is history. He took the time to walk me through everything, answered every question, and made the whole process easy. I test drove an Ultra Lariat Black Package F 350 High Output, and I ended up taking it home the same day. I couldn’t believe how perfect it was, even though it wasn’t a dually. As a Corvette owner, we are a bit skeptical having a shop work on our car without any past experience. That was the case with me and taking our Corvette to Boucher. I had called explaining the issue and what another dealer had suggested to be done. Boucher asked that I bring it in, paid for my UBER home and called me in the AM the next day. They stated that what was suggested was not the problem and the tech sent a video showing several service suggestions. I was quoted a price, told me when it would be completed, and when I picked it up on time, the price was as quoted and the car runs great. Thank you Boucher, we will be back.
