Great Quick pleasant service wish they would have topped off my DEF but otherwise fine
I had my Equinox in for a repair that 4 other Chevy dealerships couldn't diagnose or misdiagnosed the issue. They quickly found the issue and had it completely earlier than expected.
Jo Ann Blake is an amazing ambassador for your brand. Absolutely professional, experienced, and knowledgeable. By far THE best sales rep we interacted with from all Chevrolet dealers in a 75 mile radius. She was the only person to actually listen/understand the specific vehicle I was looking for. She made the entire experience a smooth one. Her desk is the one immediately to the left of the entrance. Accept no substitutes. My only fear is that she might retire when I want to buy my next truck! She's worth waiting for. Best to call ahead to make an appointment.
Very quick and friendly service. I had my vehicle towed in for a flat tire. They called me shortly after opening and had my car back on the road that same morning.

Purchased an extended warranty with our truck. Was surprised to learn on my most recent visit that it was my last prepaid. Routine service has always been professional. Clean & comfortable waiting area. Really liked the newly added video review the mechanic forwarded. I work in the hospitality field. Costumer service attitude is an area for improvement though. Starting with the consistently grumpy switchboard operator & continuing forward. Customers are the livelihood of business.

The service was great. I was called as promised with an update on my repairs including cost and approximate completion time. I got there just before closing and went right to the cashier to pay. When I was signing my CC receipt, I noticed a $27 service fee. I was then told they now are charging 3% for using a CC. I have been having my car serviced there for 5 years and never was charged a service fee. I was told it took effect April 1 2025. I have not been there since last year…how was I supposed to know. The car wasn't working properly. Dropped it off on Monday had an appointment for Wednesday and Tuesday morning James called with the news that I needed a transmission. He told us how much we gave the go ahead and he was kind to apply all the Boucher coupon discounts he could. We picked it up on Friday and were very pleased with all the discounts. The car is like brand new again

Tailgate switch button on my truck was recessed and needed to be replaced, it was a physical condition. I was charged $182 for Electrical diagnostics which was not needed or performed but charged anyway, told it was "incase it was needed" when I asked about it. Clearly it was not needed. Probably should have fixed it myself. 3 year old truck and tailgate switch broke. Smh...
I take my Corvette there because Howard is awesome! We will look there when we need a new vehicle.
Well every year I have a problem with my truck. I brought it in because of a check engine light. Turned out to be because of what YOUR dealership fixed last time wasn't done properly!

I've been looking for a Corvette to my liking for 4 years. In January I saw one I liked at Boucher Waukesha and connected with Tom Dauphin. It wasn't the right one for me. David was pleasant and was good to start. I asked several times of my credit would be run since I had a pre approval already. I wa told no it would need to be but was run anyway. Also never had the marks buffed out as I was told they would be. Good to start which is why I came back but ended in some disappointment.

Great service from beginning to end. We never felt pressured by our salesman David Nutt or by the financing department. We noticed some rear bumper damage on the used vehicle we purchased. After reaching out to David, the Boucher service department repaired it at no cost. After this experience I would recommend visiting Gordie Boucher in Waukesha
