I did not like the service I received from the contract
I did not like the service I received from the contract manager. She held my car for almost two weeks after receiving my down payment and the funds from the bank. Originally she stated I would be get my car within a week and when that day came I did not receive my suv. The contract manager stated that this was their corporate policy but I called several of the other locations and both other locations stated I could leave the same day with a car. I also asked other customers who purchased a vehicle through that dealership and those customer stated they were allowed to leave the same day with the vehicle they purchased. The suv tires were not filled to the industry standard. Overall this was my worst experience buying a car. I would not purchase another vehicle from this dealership nor will I recommend this dealership to anyone else.

I have been looking for a very specific 2024 Suburban
I have been looking for a very specific 2024 Suburban High Country online for some time and was having a hard time deciding between the Jet Back and the Jet Black/Mocha as pictures never do things justice. I live in the Northwoods of WI and this dealership was 1 of 2 on our 3 hour drive down to Brookfield for a soccer tournament that had a Tahoe in stock w/Jet Black/Mocha interior that I could see it in person. Kim introduced herself to me and even though I was not going to purchase the Tahoe she went out of her way and helped me view the interiors, gave her opinion and also checked to see what was incoming in the future months to that might work and we also discussed 2025 options. 10/10 I would totally recommend - Huge appreciation to you Kim! The car wasn't working properly. Dropped it off on Monday had an appointment for Wednesday and Tuesday morning James called with the news that I needed a transmission. He told us how much we gave the go ahead and he was kind to apply all the Boucher coupon discounts he could. We picked it up on Friday and were very pleased with all the discounts. The car is like brand new again

I've been looking for a Corvette to my liking for 4 years. In January I saw one I liked at Boucher Waukesha and connected with Tom Dauphin. It wasn't the right one for me. Tom was extremely patient and no pressure. He reached out to me a couple months later with an Amplify Orange/Black Corvette. I loved it, but it took me 2-3 weeks to finally say yes. I drove an hour to Waukesha on a Saturday morning and I've never had so much fun buying a car! The whole staff was fun and friendly!! Tom made me feel very good about my purchase! We came from suburban Chicago to look at a 2018 Toyota Avalon. Very nice vehicle. We were able to test drive the vehicle with the sales person in the vehicle. The only item that I wasn’t pleased with were the two marks on the back bumper. Before I came in, I saw the marks on the internet. it looks like someone struck the Toyota from behind. I wished the marks could have been fixed before I came to the dealership I know this would have been hard since this was a Chevy dealership. I enjoyed coming to the dealership and was treated well. I appreciate the hard work from everyone involved with the sale of the Toyota. I would purchase another vehicle from Boucher.

I purchased my last car from Boucher Hyundai. I had such a great experience I decided to stick with the Boucher Automotive group for the purchase of my 25' Blazer. My salesperson was Tori Tomlin and she was very helpful in all aspects of the sale. Tori came out on the lot to meet me on a rainy day no more than 2 minutes after I arrived. I had hit about 5 dealerships earlier in the day just browsing and had planned to do the same at Boucher Chevrolet. Tori was hospitable and genuine. I didn't feel rushed or compelled to make a purchase on the spot. Tori understood the size limitations of the vehicle I needed and found something that checked all the boxes down to the financing. Great service from beginning to end. We never felt pressured by our salesman David Nutt or by the financing department. We noticed some rear bumper damage on the used vehicle we purchased. After reaching out to David, the Boucher service department repaired it at no cost. After this experience I would recommend visiting Gordie Boucher in Waukesha

I've been looking for a Corvette to my liking for 4
I've been looking for a Corvette to my liking for 4 years. In January I saw one I liked at Boucher Waukesha and connected with Tom Dauphin. It wasn't the right one for me. Tom was extremely patient and no pressure. He reached out to me a couple months later with an Amplify Orange/Black Corvette. I loved it, but it took me 2-3 weeks to finally say yes. I drove an hour to Waukesha on a Saturday morning and I've never had so much fun buying a car! The whole staff was fun and friendly!! Tom made me feel very good about my purchase! I am loving my new Corvette!!! Thank you Tom and the Boucher family!
