The front desk receptionist is very friendly and helpful at check in and checkout. The mechanics really seem to know how to handle properly fixing the cars. In the past the mechanics and or workers have had informed me by text what they were doing but not the recent few times.

The work that was completed turned out great.
The work that was completed turned out great. However, since the front bumper was being removed I spoke with the technician to see if he could replaced a trim piece with a carbon fiber piece I had in the trunk. This was not done and now I have to pay again to have the bumper removed to install the trim pieces.

Had a 7:00am appointment which was scheduled 3weeks in advance. Took over 1.5 hours and they claimed it was because they were overbooked that day. Very disappointing and a zero on the customer service scale.
