Kim not only helped me when I originally purchased my lease she helped me with the buy out when the lease was finished. All the paperwork was ready for me to sign prior to my arrival which I really appreciated. I’ve been to a different dealership where I waited two hours while the financial person was waiting to talk to someone regarding a question on a lease I had. The only time I personnely saw him was when he came to tell me he’d have to reschedule our meeting.
