Very professional, personable, helpful, trustworthy I came in apprehensive about what I was going to be dealing with. I met several people who directed me to the right person who is extremely personable and was able to get me what I needed and by the end of the transaction I felt like I got exactly what I wanted at a good price.

I had an appt that apparently was not put in the system or lost . However,

It was a disappointing experience because I felt like I had to initiate all the communication if I wanted to know what was going on with my vehicle. Tyler never proactively called with any updates. One day when I called for an update Tyler wasn't working and the person in service who answered the call said he couldn't tell me what was going on because Tyler was handling my vehicle. I also asked Tyler about a loaner since my car was going to be at the dealership for over a week. He told me they had 'no loaners available' but he'd call when one came in. That never happened.

Matt mauer is the MAN. Just completed purchasing my Chevrolet corvette and he has by far been the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with. From start to finish he’s been available and helpful every step of the way. Even going as far as going to the dealership after hours for the delivery driver to pick my car up. He took multiple very detailed videos to ease my mind about buying remotely, even videoing a small rock chip on the bumper shows how transparent and honest he is. Would not hesitate to purchase from him again.

Went to Boucher for a recall. Customer service rep came to me in the middle of the service being done and asked if I wanted my tires rotated since the truck was lifted. Service is completed and then tells me I owed ~$28. I was surprised and asked why I was being charged for the recall. He states not for the recall, but for the tires being rotated. I told him he never stated there was an additional charge for the tire rotation. His response to me was "Well you didn't Ask". I was floored by his response. Lesson learned will always ask if there are additional charges. But will be taking any future business to another Chevrolet dealership outside of Boucher.

Tori Tomlin made the whole process such an enjoyable experience. She is hands down one of the best sales people in the whole country. Her down to earth approach and her extensive knowledge about the car industry really showed. There wasn't any questions she couldn't answer her self. If I was the owner of that dealer ship I would be moving her into upper management immediately. So that she could train everyone to be like her. I will tell everyone I met to use Tori ad there sales for buying all there cars.
