Bought a used 2024 Camaro from Boucher Chevrolet. I'm from NY so it was all done online. I dealt with Matt. Cant say enough about how smooth everything went. Had a problem on my end that would have cost me the deal with any other dealer. Still amazed that they were so patient with me and got the deal done. Kim not only helped me when I originally purchased my lease she helped me with the buy out when the lease was finished. Matt Goulet is a great person to work with - no pressure like the typical sales but he answers any and all questions and very responsive. I buy several cars per year and for sure one of the better experiences I've had.

I got the Works for my 2015 Volt. It was easy to schedule an appointment, the shop was on time, the waiting area was comfortable, and the customer service representative (Sam McCloud) was very helpful and knowledgeable. This will be my preferred service provider going forward, especially with how reasonable the pricing was.

Gregory with Boucher took care of us and found a pre-owner Chevy Traverse that suited me and my husband really well. He did a wonderful job sending over a video of the car ahead of time and explaining the features of it. When we discussed potential options for financing, we did run into a hiccup. Called for a oil change, a bit pricy but at least customer service is fast
I came here because I wasn't happy with the time it takes to get my car in and the service I received at the dealer where I bought my car. Tyler got me in immediately, got me a ride to work and even UBER'd me back. The gals at the service desk were really friendly and when I got to my car, they had a nice note and a snack in it!! Incredible customer service and my car drives like new!
Boucher has everything you may need great service. Great personality on the people there its my ninth car that I have brought there.
If anyone is looking to buy a vehicle, kim will be go to person. She take her time and explains everything. Not rushly or pushy. Most importantly is she deals with you fairly.

Very professional, personable, helpful, trustworthy I came in apprehensive about what I was going to be dealing with. Matt mauer is the MAN. Just completed purchasing my Chevrolet corvette and he has by far been the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with. From start to finish he’s been available and helpful every step of the way. Even going as far as going to the dealership after hours for the delivery driver to pick my car up. He took multiple very detailed videos to ease my mind about buying remotely, even videoing a small rock chip on the bumper shows how transparent and honest he is. Would not hesitate to purchase from him again.

Went to Boucher for a recall. Customer service rep came to me in the middle of the service being done and asked if I wanted my tires rotated since the truck was lifted. Service is completed and then tells me I owed ~$28. I was surprised and asked why I was being charged for the recall. He states not for the recall, but for the tires being rotated. Tori Tomlin made the whole process such an enjoyable experience. She is hands down one of the best sales people in the whole country. Her down to earth approach and her extensive knowledge about the car industry really showed. There wasn't any questions she couldn't answer her self. If I was the owner of that dealer ship I would be moving her into upper management immediately. So that she could train everyone to be like her. I will tell everyone I met to use Tori ad there sales for buying all there cars.

Jake in service was great. He snuck me in to get an oil change on the same day with very short notice. Usually, you'll get referred to the online scheduling if you call and ask for same day service, so I really appreciated that Jake took the time and found a gap in the schedule.
